In Practice Oral Surgery
Oral surgery carried out in our own practice is a type of treatment which offers patients the chance to have implants (implantology) in place of their missing teeth or alternatively the option to stabilise a mobile prosthetic.
Its not always the case that the anatomical condition of the patient allows for the immediate insertion of dental screws; it’s here that oral surgery intervenes with techniques and instruments that, under local anaesthetic (always less traumatic for the patient), model and reconstruct the problematic areas of the bone tissue, rendering them fit for implantation.
